After the 1st video in the Body Zen series, the Structural Posture Routine; where we learn which joints and muscles are injured, too tight or atrophied and work as we can to correct it - in this video, we'll learn how to very effectively mobilize those tense muscles (if your joints are ready;) by barely even moving while standing and kneeling in the Structural Posture to dramatically change the body where we need to.
I highly recommend doing this routine as it's designed by progressing from the toes to the head and arms & not skipping around to the different exercises until after you're very comfortable with all the information here.
