After the 1st video in the Body Zen series, the Structural Posture Routine; where we learn which joints and muscles are injured, too tight or atrophied and work as we can to correct it - in this video, we'll learn how to very effectively mobilize those tense muscles (if your joints are ready;) by barely even moving while standing and kneeling in the Structural Posture to dramatically change the body where we need to.
These stretches are very simple but can be very powerful and dramatically change your life and health - so be careful walking down stairs and running after doing these and be ready to rest after! Practice integrating these stretches into your training routing or keep watching and following along with this video to keep reaping the immense benefits these mobilizations can offer.
